As our Workplace Experience Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of our Rotterdam office, helping shape a vibrant, inclusive, and engaging environment where people love to work.

In this role you will :

  • Create a positive, fun, and efficient workplace aligned with our culture and employee experience programs.
  • Manage office operations, including supplies, groceries, lunches, and overall workplace logistics.
  • Organize engaging activities such as birthday celebrations, happy hours, and team events.
  • Support onboarding and integration of new hires and interns.
  • Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and guide them to the right resources.
  • Support People & Culture operations (HR systems, benefits, payroll coordination, communications, and external partners like the Company Doctor).
  • What we're looking for :

  • Degree or diploma in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR admin, office management, or workplace experience.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills.
  • Proactive, positive team player with a solution-oriented mindsetVery good knowledge of Microsoft Office; experience with HR systems is a plus.
  • Fluency in Dutch and English.
