Responsibilities:
Support daily application operations for tools like Salesforce, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Mendix platforms
Identify and solve operational bottlenecks – act proactively and propose improvements
Develop small automations or process optimizations to speed up recurring workflows
Collaborate with senior team members to enhance service quality and user satisfaction
Contribute to cross-team initiatives that increase the reliability of our business-critical systems
Your Profile:
Enrolled in a Bachelor’s/Master’s program in IT, Business Informatics or similar
Structured, proactive and self-driven working style
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
Interest in modern SaaS ecosystems and how IT enables business growth
Fluent in English
