You receive an all-in gross hourly wage of €15.89 to €20.10. This depends on the position you start in. This amount consists of your base salary of €14.71 to €18.61 per hour, supplemented with ADV allowance, holiday allowance, and profit sharing. Depending on your duties, you may also receive additional allowances, such as shift allowance or cold allowance, which can further increase your final hourly wage.
Your role as a:
Production Employee will be responsible for carrying out various basic production activities. These include preparing the production line, performing simple cutting and processing tasks, and packaging and distributing meat products within the production environment.
Meat Cutter will be responsible for cutting and preparing beef, trimming excess fat and portioning meat according to specifications. The role involves the professional, safe and precise handling of knives and other cutting tools. Employees will also be responsible for maintaining high quality standards throughout the cutting process to ensure consistent results.
Deboner is responsible for expertly deboning beef, ensuring clean separation from bones and cartilage while maintaining top quality. This hands-on role requires precision, speed, and a strong understanding of meat anatomy, all performed in a chilled production environment with strict hygiene standards.
Shipping Department Employee will be responsible for carrying out various logistics and shipping tasks, such as picking and assembling orders, vacuum packing and freezing products, and preparing goods for shipment. The role involves operating basic machinery, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring that all products are handled safely, cleanly, and in a manner that focuses on the needs of the customer, according to company procedures and hygiene standards.

Work schedule:
All employees work the same hours, regardless of their position, from 5:30 to 14:30, Monday to Friday.
To succeed in this job, you should be:
Experienced in a similar position, or willing to complete internal training to gain the necessary skills.
Familiar with basic tasks within the meat industry, or open to learning them through internal training.
Familiarity with HACCP, BRC, and FSC standards is a plus – training provided.
Physically capable of working in a chilled production environment (below 7°C).
Good communication skills in one of the following languages: Polish, English, Dutch, or Romanian.
