Job Overview

As a WordPress Developer, you will work on scalable, secure websites and web applications, developing themes and plugins, and optimizing platform performance and security. Responsibilities
- Develop custom WordPress themes and plugins.
- Utilize the WordPress API for advanced functionalities.
- Optimize websites for performance, security, and scalability.
- Write structured, reusable code adhering to WordPress standards.
- Manage databases and backend processes.
- Automate build and deployment processes using tools like Jenkins and GitHub Actions.
- Collaborate within an Agile DevOps team.
- Provide support and advice to clients.
Must-Haves
- Passion for technology and high-quality standards.
- At least 5 years of experience with WordPress development.
- Familiarity with the WordPress API, security, and performance best practices.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL.
- Experience with automated deployment processes and DevOps practices.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with frontend frameworks like Vue.js or React.js, and Typescript.
- Knowledge of Laravel, Docker, Kubernetes, SEO, accessibility standards, cloud platforms like AWS or Azure, and software architecture principles.
