Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for all theDutch-speaking customers
- Identify and assesscustomers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Provide iOS software troubleshooting for mobile devices(mobile phones, tablets & more)
- Assistcustomers to manage/secure their account – ID &passwords
- Resolve customers’ online storepost-sales requests
- Deliver high-qualitysupport and handle customer complaints, provide appropriatesolutions
- Manage large amounts of incomingcalls
- Build sustainable relationships andtrust with customer accounts
Requirements
- Native-level or near-native level in Dutch
- B2 level in English
- Tech savvy,curious and problem-solving acumen
- Familiarwith iOS and/or MacOS, or comparable technology, ispreferred
- Able to identify technical issuesand suggest immediate solutions to clients
- Excellent communication and problem-solvingskills
- High School Diploma holder
- Flexible to work night shifts/ weekend shifts (ifapplicable)
- Prior customer support experiencewould be an advantage
