As our Quality Systems Manager (Europe), you’ll play a key role in shaping and maintaining the high standards that define our products, supporting innovation, safety, and integrity as we grow in new markets. You’ll develop and drive a world class Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring consistency, compliance, and continuous improvement across our European operations. Key Responsibilities
– Lead and continuously improve the European Quality Management System (QMS) in line with global policies
– Manage document control, complaints handling, and CAPA processes to drive compliance and operational excellence
– Partner with global and local teams to standardise KPIs, reporting, and quality dashboards
– Oversee adherence to testing, withdrawals, recalls, and supplier performance monitoring processes to maintain the highest standards
– Act as European lead for internal audits and in-market surveillance processes, ensuring adherence to regulations
– Analyse quality trends and develop insights that support preventive actions and process optimisation
– Coach and develop team members, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
– Champion digital innovation within quality systems to enhance efficiency and governance Location: This hybrid role can be based in Amsterdam or Belgium, with a requirement to be in the office three days per week. Monthly travel to the UK is required. About You
– Fluent in Dutch and English, French preferred Proven experience in compliance, quality, or food safety management within the food supplements, pharma, manufacturing or retail industry
– Strong knowledge of HACCP, BRC, GMP, and other industry standards (e.G., Kosher, SMETA/SEDEX)
– HACCP or Food Safety training required
– Experience in audit management, compliance systems, and regulatory frameworks
– Evidence of knowledge in pest control, hygiene, allergen management, and QMS processes
– Demonstrated leadership skills, with experience managing teams and fostering a culture of excellence
– Ability to work cross functionally and drive continuous improvement initiatives
