Due to our expansion, we are looking for our new:Treasury Analyst – GroupThe positionThe unique part of this role is that your value, mindset and impact make a difference. You will have the opportunity to learn all aspects of group treasury, get involved in transformational projects and play a key role in the success of the treasury agenda. You will practice your accounting knowledge to thoroughly understand how our decisions/actions impact our P&L, balance sheet and cash flow, and leverage your analytical skill to support managerial decisions.As our Treasury Analyst you report to the Group Treasurer. You will be working closely with different teams across Refresco, exposed to a very international environment which is fast moving and fun! You will get freedom and responsibility to make your impact. You take ownership and pride in your work and regard it like it is your own business.Key responsibilities include:Responsible for monthly, quarterly, and yearly reporting on treasury related items, including but not limited to loans, interest, FX results and other financial derivativesProvide advice to the senior management on liquidity trend and propose actions accordinglyDesign and implement treasury/liquidity reports and dashboardsStreamline processes and reports within the newly implemented Management SystemResponsible for consolidation of cashflow from the business units and present the cash flow forecast of the groupMonitor and report on working capital metricsBeing the first point of contact of internal and external auditorsAdmin role for our online bank portals and credit cards programMonitor and maintain the list of bank accountsSupporting role in FX hedging, aluminum hedging and interest hedgingIntercompany loan documentation.About you:We are looking for an analytical, driven and organized person who wants to be part of our lovely team:You have a Master degree in Business Economics/Finance; At least 2 years of working experience in treasury (related) role and international environmentExperience with treasury reportingExperience with financial instruments, hedge accounting and cash flow statementsExperience with working with legal, tax and banks would be a plusYou are curious, eager to learn, have strong sense of responsibility and ownership; You are result and detail oriented, have strong analytical skills with structured thinking capabilitiesYou enjoy working in an international and multi-culture environmentAs a person you are energetic, have a can-do mentality, love working in a fast-paced environment and you are driven to grow and develop yourselfExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English.And: fun to work with!What we offer:A collaborative, international, and commercial environment where you can make a meaningful impactOpportunities for continuous professional development and growthA dynamic team culture that values integrity, efficiency, and open communicationOur values: entrepreneurial, passionate, agile, responsible and excellence.
