Trader Assistant Cotton | Start Your Career in Commodity Trading – Bunge – Rotterdam

Supporting traders with pricing, reporting and market-related analysis.

Monitoring positions and maintaining trading data in internal systems.

Preparing and maintaining contracts and related documentation.

Developing and improving reports, tools and processes using Excel and basic Python.

Working closely with the Trade Execution team to support the smooth execution of contracts.

Identifying issues, solving problems and improving ways of working.

Coordinating with colleagues across Trading, Execution, Finance and other international offices.

Supporting ad-hoc commercial and operational activities across the desk.

Have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Econometrics, Data Analytics, IT, Economics, Supply Chain Management, Logistic or a related field.

Have strong numerical and analytical skills.

Basic knowledge of Python, VBA or other programming languages, with the ability to understand and maintain scripts used for process and task automation.

Enjoy solving problems and working with data.

Are proactive, curious and eager to learn.

Have strong communication skills and enjoy working in a team environment.

Have a good command of English, both written and spoken.

Have relevant experience in trading, commodities, logistics or commercial support (is preferred but not required).
