We are partnering with a leading global FMCG company to hire a Commercial TPM Deployment & Change Management Lead to spearhead their Trade Promotion Management (TPM) transformation across multiple markets. About the Role: As the TPM Deployment & Change Management Lead, you will be the commercial champion for TPM rollouts – ensuring market readiness, smooth deployment, and long-term adoption. You’ll act as a bridge between global strategy and local execution, embedding governance, building capabilities, and driving change to deliver measurable business impact. You will work closely with commercial, IT, and Revenue Growth Management (RGM) teams across markets, and liaise with external partners to ensure successful deployments, continuous improvement, and ROI. This is a strategic, cross-functional role ideal for someone who thrives in multi-market FMCG environments and loves translating data and systems into tangible business results. Key Responsibilities: Lead the deployment and change management of TPM systems across selected markets. Drive market readiness, go-live, and post-deployment support (hypercare) to ensure smooth adoption. Partner with commercial, IT, and RGM teams to deliver projects on time and within scope. Build capabilities and training programs to strengthen trade spend and TPM adoption. Establish scalable frameworks, governance standards, and best practices for future rollouts. Oversee trade spend compliance and embed global reporting standards. Drive continuous improvement, coordinating enhancements and ensuring system usability. What We’re Looking For: 8–10 years in FMCG or Retail, with at least 5 years in commercial roles (Commercial Finance, RGM, Trade Marketing). Proven experience in TPM/TPO/TSM deployments across multi-market or complex environments. Strong change leadership and cross-functional project management skills. Analytical, P&L-minded, able to translate data into actionable insights. Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills. Strategic thinker, pragmatic, result-oriented, and able to deliver under tight deadlines. Comfortable in a global, matrixed environment with frequent international travel.
