The Internship:
As a Tech Intern at Monday Merch, a growing team that builds the tools and systems behind our operations — from backend automation to customer-facing platforms. You’ll get hands-on experience supporting real projects that help optimize workflows, improve efficiency, and keep our platform running smoothly. A personalized learning path allows you to focus on backend, frontend, or a combination of both, depending on your interests and strengths. Key Responsibilities:

Support technical operations: Assist with setting up, testing, and maintaining production systems and internal tools.

Improve user-facing features: Contribute to refining our shop and merch platform with better usability, performance, and interface improvements.

Optimize workflows: Work on small automation or optimization projects that make processes faster and smarter.

Collaborate across teams: Work closely with Tech, Production, Sales and Warehouse to understand technical needs and help implement improvements.
