Commercial TPM & Change Management Lead Amsterdam, The Netherlands Are you passionate about driving commercial transformation and embedding lasting change in international organizations? We are partnering with a leading global FMCG company to hire a Commercial TPM Deployment & Change Management Lead to spearhead their Trade Promotion Management (TPM) transformation across multiple markets. As the TPM Deployment & Change Management Lead, you will be the commercial champion for TPM rollouts – ensuring market readiness, smooth deployment, and long-term adoption. You will work closely with commercial, IT, and Revenue Growth Management (RGM) teams across markets, and liaise with external partners to ensure successful deployments, continuous improvement, and ROI. This is a strategic, cross-functional role ideal for someone who thrives in multi-market FMCG environments and loves translating data and systems into tangible business results. Lead the deployment and change management of TPM systems across selected markets. Partner with commercial, IT, and RGM teams to deliver projects on time and within scope. Build capabilities and training programs to strengthen trade spend and TPM adoption. Oversee trade spend compliance and embed global reporting standards. 8–10 years in FMCG or Retail, with at least 5 years in commercial roles (Commercial Finance, RGM, Trade Marketing). ~ Strong change leadership and cross-functional project management skills. ~ Analytical, P&L-minded, able to translate data into actionable insights. ~ Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills. ~ Play a key role in transforming commercial operations for a leading global FMCG company.
