Work where the Action is!
Als Teamleider ondersteun je de (assistent-) bedrijfsleider in jouw filiaal. Daarbij ben je aanspreekpunt voor de medewerkers en onze klanten. Op het ene moment ben je bezig met het ombouwen van de schappen, het verwerken van de vracht en bestellen van nieuwe voorraad. Een kwartier later sta je voor een groep medewerkers een avondpraatje te houden en op een coachende manier zorg jij ervoor dat medewerkers hun werk zo goed mogelijk kunnen doen. Samen zijn jullie er verantwoordelijk voor dat de winkel vol, schoon en netjes is. Met elke week 150 nieuwe producten is geen dag hetzelfde. Je krijgt veel verantwoordelijkheden en daardoor leer je ook snel.
