About The Role


As Talent Acquisition Lead you will own the full recruitment lifecycle at Zeno, from strategy to execution. You will be part of the HR team, working closely with the Head of People & Culture and collaborating with one interim recruiter who supports the hiring efforts.


You will help shape how we hire, scale and attract talent across the entire organisation, while remaining deeply involved in the hands-on work of recruiting. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle: defining roles, sourcing and engaging candidates, leading interviews, advising hiring managers and closing offers.


Employer branding and the employer value proposition are a key pillar of Zeno’s growth. You will take ownership of shaping, strengthening and consistently communicating our story as an employer — across all roles, channels and touchpoints. You will also represent Zeno at recruitment events and talent initiatives, and continuously improve our hiring processes, tools and approach as we scale.


This role combines strategic ownership with operational accountability — and is a key function as we scale.



What You Will Do



  • Take ownership of the full recruitment process end-to-end

  • Help define and execute Zeno’s organisation-wide hiring strategy

  • Partner with the Head of People & Culture on workforce planning and growth priorities

  • Collaborate with the People & Culture (HR) team

  • Actively source and recruit talent for all teams, including tech and specialist roles

  • Maintain and improve recruiting tools, processes and metrics

  • Strengthen and communicate Zeno’s employer brand

  • Continuously refine how we hire based on data, feedback and evolving needs



Who You Are



  • Minimum 5 years of experience in talent acquisition and end-to-end recruitment

  • You have experience recruiting tech talent and other specialist profiles

  • You speak and write fluent Dutch and English (professional level)

  • You have a strong sense of quality, and motivated to offer the very best candidate experience
