As the Supply Chain Planning Manager, you will be responsible for leading the team towards operational excellence, shaping supply chain strategies, and ensuring product availability while optimizing costs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead demand planning management processes to ensure accurate forecasting and efficient inventory management.
- Supervise teams with 4 or more direct reports to ensure the smooth running of daily operations.
- Enhance S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) procedures to ensure alignment between supply and demand.
- Manage third-party logistics relationships effectively, ensuring on-time delivery and cost optimization.
Essential Skills:
- Managerial Experience: With at least 2 years of experience managing sizable teams, your leadership skills are both proven and polished. You are an excellent communicator, and you can motivate and inspire your team to achieve their goals.
- ERP/SAP Proficiency: Your familiarity with ERP systems, particularly SAP, enables efficient resource planning across complex operations. You have a strong understanding of supply chain processes, and you can use data and analytics to drive strategic decision-making.
- Demand Planning Expertise: You understand consumer behaviors and can translate them into effective forecast models that align inventory levels accordingly. You have a strong understanding of demand planning methodologies and can apply them to complex supply chain operations.
- 3PL Acumen: Having dealt directly with Third Party Logistics providers gives you insight on how best to streamline external partnerships without compromising service quality. You have a strong understanding of logistics processes, and you can work closely with external partners to ensure on-time delivery and cost optimization.
