We are creating a new role within our strategic accounts service to strengthen customer partnerships across Europe, complementing the wider commercial team.
Role overview
As a Strategic Accounts Manager, you will manage key customer accounts, ensuring they access and benefit from Lineage’s comprehensive service offerings.
You will build relationships with senior stakeholders to develop services aligned with their long-term objectives, collaborating with operational leaders and internal teams to design customer-focused, commercially sound solutions.
Who we’re looking for:
We seek a seasoned commercial leader with a successful track record in developing complex solutions and sales success.
You should have:
- Demonstrable senior-level account management experience in contract logistics or supply chain environments
- A history of delivering commercial success in a multinational environment with a business turnover of over $100 million
- Experience in driving sales growth in a growing company
- Professional sales experience dealing with partners at the board level
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- The ability to interact effectively at all organizational levels
The role can be based anywhere in Europe with offices, but regular travel to Lineage and customer sites is expected.
