The Senior Manager, Communications EMEI leads strategic communications across Europe, the Middle East and other non-US regions as needed, providing senior counsel to business leaders and shaping integrated communications strategies that support business priorities, protect reputation and strengthen stakeholder engagement. The role includes external communications, Government Relations communications with a focus on Europe, and employee communications, across the region.
This position has 1 direct report and reports to the Director, Communications EMEAI and is based in Rotterdam.

Demonstrating excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills, enabling effective delivery of clear and impactful messages to diverse audiences. You possess strong leadership, organizational, and execution capabilities, combined with analytical judgment and the ability to perform effectively in fast-changing and high-pressure environments. Your expertise includes stakeholder engagement, media and government relations, employee communications, reputation management, and the management and development of direct reports. Additionally, you handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion while maintaining strong attention to detail, deadlines, and sound decision-making.
