Overview
In this role, you drive growth for Esri’s GIS solutions across Europe by partnering with distributors and national security agencies. You will articulate value, shape strategic opportunities, and lead executive conversations to expand adoption. You’ll collaborate across the distributor network to identify new growth areas and deliver expert GIS-based solutions that support customers’ missions. This is a high-visibility role influencing regional strategy and cross-functional teams with a strong focus on defense, intelligence, and public safety use cases.

- Drive opportunities across Europe with distributors and customers to create new lines of business
- Articulate business value and negotiate with executives and stakeholders
- Provide input into regional growth plans and demonstrate deep GIS product knowledge
- Build and nurture long-term partnerships with customers and distributors
- Facilitate meetings, share knowledge, and mentor team members
- Lead the Executive Review with distributors to finalize enterprise agreements and displace competition
Belangrijkste vereisten
- 5+ years of experience designing technical specifications to solve customer needs
- Experience selling enterprise software solutions directly and through a channel
- Expert in negotiation and strategic engagements
- Advanced storytelling and executive-level presentation experience
- Ability to learn new technology quickly and translate into customer solutions
- Mastery of English and other languages as needed
- Bachelor’s degree in GIS, business administration, or a related field
- Ability to travel globally (25-50%)
- NATO security clearance eligibility
- Experience in national security, defence, or public safety
- Understanding of GIS, Esri technology, and national security relationships
