The Senior Solution Architect plays a pivotal role in shaping the platform-level architectural direction and long-term technical strategy. This individual ensures that systems are secure, scalable, and sustainable while aligning closely with business and enterprise architecture goals. The role requires extensive cross-functional collaboration, strategic influence, and technical leadership to drive the successful realization of digital platforms and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess and optimize existing architectural frameworks to improve efficiency and performance
- Define the architectural vision and roadmap for new products and platform capabilities

- Partner with Business Architects to co-develop strategic technology roadmaps
- Ensure architectural consistency and alignment across product teams and business domains
- Promote adherence to enterprise architecture standards and compliance requirements
- Translate business objectives into scalable, secure, and technically sound architectural solutions

Required Experience & Skills
Technical Expertise
- Demonstrated experience in designing and delivering large-scale data platforms
- Strong proficiency in Azure Data and AI services including Databricks, Azure Machine Learning, CosmosDB, Azure SQL, and AKS
- Familiarity with architectural modeling languages (preferably Archimate)
- Track record in designing secure, scalable solutions on Microsoft Azure
- Deep understanding of modern data architectures (e.g., data lakehouse, data mesh)
- Proficient in microservices architecture, domain-driven design, and event-driven systems
- Expertise in API management, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
- Applied knowledge of corporate compliance and regulatory frameworks
- Hands-on experience with enterprise security architecture in regulated environments, including use of Azure Key Vault, managed identities, RBAC, private endpoints, NSGs, firewall rules, and encryption best practices
Leadership & Communication
- Proven leadership in guiding cross-functional teams and mentoring technical talent
- Ability to distill and communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
