Site Supervisor
My client are looking for a Site Supervisor to coordinate on-site activities and keep projects running smoothly from start to finish.
What You’ll Do:
*
Oversee daily site operations
*
Manage teams, schedules, and materials
*
Monitor safety, quality, and progress
*
Address issues proactively
*
Join meetings and maintain clear communication
*
Be on-call occasionally (approx. every 5–6 weeks)
You’ll play a key role in the construction, renovation, and maintenance of infrastructure projects like pumping stations.
What You Bring:
*
MBO-4 with 5+ years of experience or a bachelor’s in Civil/Mechanical Engineering
*
Background as a supervisor or foreman
*
Full-time availability (40 hrs/week)
*
Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
