Are you an experienced HVAC professional ready to take the next step in your career? My client is looking for a Service Engineering Manager to lead installation and maintenance operations in the Rotterdam region .
About the Role
As the Service Engineering Manager, you’ll oversee a team of skilled technicians delivering top-quality HVAC installation, maintenance, and service projects. You’ll ensure operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and safety compliance, while driving continuous improvement and innovation across the service portfolio.
- Lead and develop a team of HVAC engineers and service technicians
- Manage project planning, resource allocation, and performance tracking
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards
- Act as the main technical contact for clients and internal stakeholders
- Identify opportunities to optimize service efficiency and reduce downtime
- Oversee budget control and support business development initiatives
- Ideally some experience in HVAC installation and maintenance
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Technical background in mechanical, electromechanical or building services engineering
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities
- Fluency in English; Dutch proficiency is a plus
- Based in or willing to commute to the Rotterdam region
