Join our European Product Integrity team as we expand into new markets and introduce innovative wellness products. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented quality professional to play a key part in developing and maintaining world-class systems and processes that uphold our commitment to product quality, safety, and compliance. As Senior Quality Systems Administrator, you’ll manage technical systems data, coordinate quality activities, and support continuous improvement across our quality management framework. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and supply chain partners to ensure our products meet the highest standards of excellence. Location: This is a hybrid role that can be based either in Amsterdam or Belgium, with the requirement to be in the office 3 days per week Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain KPI templates and performance reports to drive continuous improvement. Coordinate and document product withdrawals and recalls, ensuring actions are completed accurately and on time. Maintain and update data across technical systems, supporting the Product Integrity and Quality Systems teams. Oversee in-market product testing schedules and reporting, ensuring timely follow-up with partners. Lead horizon scanning to identify emerging risks, trends, and opportunities for improvement. Manage supplier documentation, including specifications, certifications, and transformation data. Support supplier performance reviews by compiling and analysing quality metrics. Maintain and update the Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring documentation accuracy and version control. Key Requirements: Experience within quality, compliance, or food safety in a food manufacturing or retail environment. Strong knowledge of HACCP, BRC, and GMP standards. Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, with strong attention to data accuracy. Fluent in Dutch and English, French language skills are an advantage. Highly organised and detail-focused, with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Skilled communicator with strong stakeholder engagement experience. Analytical and proactive, with a passion for continuous improvement. Collaborative, adaptable, and comfortable working across teams in a fast-paced environment.
