Right now, we’re looking for a new colleague to join our Operations Team in the position of Senior Billing Specialist.
Main Responsibilities:
Monitoring and managing the billing activities carried out in the international service center and addressing escalations
Driving the process improvement of the billing and costing done by the international service center
Random auditing of invoices
Ensuring and supporting the profitability of shipments
What we are looking for:
Minimum 3 years of experience in financial or accounting roles
Fluency in English is a must
Strong client-facing and internal communication skills, both written and verbal communication
Organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
Solid working knowledge of Excel
Analytical skills and performance improvement methodology
Previous experience in the logistics industry is an asset
