As a Senior Performance Marketer, you’ll play a key role in helping our clients drive online growth, from strategy to execution. We work with a diverse range of B2B businesses across the globe: from promising start-ups to fast-growing scale-ups, and beyond.

Responsibilities
- Play a key role in helping our clients drive online growth, from strategy to execution.
- Take full ownership of projects, challenge the brief, align with clients, and push for better outcomes through collaboration with the team.
- Own and lead client relationships, from onboarding and strategy to reviews and roadmap planning.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant experience, ideally in a B2B context, fast scaling, or agency environment.
- Growth mindset, openness to feedback, focus on learning, and a collaborative approach.
- Strategic thinker who can also dive into details, including presenting paid strategy and analyzing analytics.
- Ability to take ownership of projects and drive outcomes through teamwork.
- Confidence in owning and leading client relationships across onboarding, strategy, reviews, and roadmap planning.
