Senior Pension Consultant – Rotterdam or Amstelveen (Hybrid) – Competitive salary with Benefits
Are you a seasoned pension expert ready to guide leading employers through the evolving pension landscape, including the Wet toekomst pensioenen (Wtp)? Join our Wealth Corporate team and work with a portfolio of top-tier clients in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
What You’ll Do
Advise corporate clients on strategic pension topics (Wtp, M&A, communication).
Lead client projects and mentor junior consultants.
Translate complex pension questions into actionable solutions.
Stay on top of Dutch pension regulations and trends.
Collaborate across functions to deliver integrated client advice.
What You Bring
HBO/WO degree with 10+ years’ experience in the pension sector.
In-depth knowledge of Dutch pension law, especially Wtp.
Fluent in Dutch and English.
Commercial mindset, strong communication, team leadership.
