Senior Nuclear Engineering Leader – New Build (Netherlands)We are supporting an early-stage nuclear new-build programme in the Netherlands, focused on shaping the technical and engineering foundations of a long-term national asset.This role is about engineering judgement rather than execution — helping decision-makers frame the right questions, understand design positions, and navigate the complexity of modern reactor technologies at an early point in the lifecycle.The programme involves large Gen III+ reactor designs and requires senior individuals who can operate confidently across disciplines, interfaces, and stakeholders.The roleYou would act as a senior technical sounding board, contributing experience-based insight across:reactor and plant design philosophiessystems and safety considerationsengineering interfaces and maturitygovernance, assurance, and proportionate challengeThis is not a narrow discipline role.
