Hours: 38 per week – full‑time.
Salary
Monthly: €5,748.00 – €7,427.00 (Burgerschaal IBBAD 12).
Salary increases 2 % on 1 January 2026.
Job Overview
Senior juridisch inkoopadviseur within the Expertise Centrum Inkoop (ECI) of the Commando Materieel en IT (COMMIT), Department of Defense.
Responsible for monitoring, optimizing, and evaluating procurement and contracting processes and policies. This includes:
- Follow, analyze, and test developments in procurement policy.
- Co‐ordinate legal policy instruments and produce advice and policy proposals.
- Assist in procurement and single‑source projects, assess tender documents, and advise on procurement with respect to the procurement legislation.
- Provide legal support across all phases of tenders and single‑source procedures.
- Handle complaints, deliver training courses, draft policy documents, and publish articles.
Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years experience in a legal role.
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in a procurement department.
- Project‑based work experience.
