We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrical Engineer to join the delivery team on a major data centre construction project in The Netherlands. This is a high-profile role within a global contractor delivering mission-critical infrastructure for hyperscale and colocation clients across Europe.
As Electrical Engineer, you will take technical responsibility for the design coordination, installation, testing, and commissioning of complex electrical systems within a fast-paced data centre environment.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with design consultants, subcontractors, and site management to ensure buildability and compliance
Support commissioning and FAT/SAT testing phases in collaboration with commissioning teams
Review technical submittals, drawings, and method statements
Ensure works are completed safely, on time, and within scope/specifications
Prepare and maintain technical documentation and progress reports
Candidate Requirements
10+ years' experience in an Electrical Engineering role, ideally on data centres, high-tech, or industrial projects
Strong understanding of electrical systems and safety standards in a mission-critical environment
Degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
Experience working with international teams and subcontractors
Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus)
Valid EU passport or work permit for the Netherlands
