A global leader in complex infrastructure is seeking a Senior Director Contract Management to shape and lead its enterprise-wide contract management strategy. This role sits at the heart of the business, enabling performance, mitigating risk, and maximizing value across large-scale projects and long-term operations.
You will provide strategic direction, governance, and expert guidance to senior leadership, ensuring contract management excellence across the full project and asset lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
·Define and drive the global Contract Management (CM) strategy
·Act as a trusted advisor to executive leadership on contractual risks, opportunities, and negotiations
·Ensure effective governance, processes, and best practices across all business areas
·Lead and develop a high-performing, globally distributed CM organization
·Optimize contract performance across project execution, operations, and commercial activities
·Oversee claims, dispute resolution, and contractual risk mitigation strategies
·Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment with legal, commercial, and project teams
·Standardize and continuously improve tools, processes, and capabilities
·Foster a strong, performance-driven team culture with clear accountability
About you:
·
·Degree or MBA in Business, Law, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline
·Strong expertise in EPCI contracting, claims, negotiation, and subcontract management
·Proven experience engaging with senior stakeholders and executive leadership
·Broad understanding of commercial, legal, and operational interfaces
·Experience in energy, infrastructure, or comparable industries preferred
