With a team of architects and international consultants, you will design, build, and secure the solutions that power IMCD’s growth in 60+ countries. /p pThis is the ideal role for a hands-on Salesforce developer who is ready to step up: combining coding with release management, automation, and technical ownership. You’ll grow your skills in CI/CD pipelines, security, and solution architecture, while making a tangible impact on how IMCD connects with customers, partners, and new acquisitions. /p h3What You’ll Do /h3 ul liDesign develop: Build scalable solutions in Salesforce using Apex, LWC, and integrations. /li liRelease management: Take ownership of CI/CD pipelines, version control, and automated deployments, ensuring stable and secure releases. /li liImprove the pipeline: Standardize code reviews, documentation, and test automation – raising the bar for quality across the development lifecycle. /li liData migration: Execute complex migrations from legacy CRM systems of newly acquired companies into Salesforce. /li liAutomation efficiency: Work on process automation to make our release and development flows smarter and faster. /li liCollaborate internationally: Partner with architects, developers, and consultants across Ukraine, Portugal, India, and Poland. /li liGrow: Learn from your peers and seniors, with clear pathways into Solution or Technical Architecture, or Data roles. /li /ul h3What You Bring /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience. /li li3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development (Apex, LWC, integrations). /li liSolid understanding of release management, CI/CD, Git, and DevOps tooling (Copado, Gearset, or similar). /li liSalesforce certifications (e.g. Platform Developer I/II, Administrator, or Architect track) are a strong plus. /li liStrong interest in scaling from coding into release, architecture, and process ownership. /li liDetail-oriented mindset: you prefer well-structured solutions over quick fixes. /li liProactive, analytical, and eager to take initiative in a global, fast-paced setting. /li liExcellent communication skills in English (Dutch is a plus). /li /ul h3What We Offer /h3 ul liA unique opportunity to work in a broad and complex Salesforce environment with multiple clouds, high security, and global integrations. /li liAccess to trainings and certifications to accelerate your growth. /li liAn entrepreneurial and collaborative culture where your contribution truly matters.
