We’re 123BigBags, a Rotterdam-based e-commerce scale-up specialized in selling big bags (yes, the huge ones you see on construction sites)., but what we do is essential, and we’re great at it. We operate in 7 European markets and help thousands of customers in the construction, recycling, gardening industry get the right big bag for their waste.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Work daily in Salesforce to manage incoming leads and opportunities
  • Prospect new clients in the German-speaking regions via phone and email
  • Sell our products by understanding client needs and offering the right solutions
  • Follow up on open opportunities and help close deals
  • Assist German-speaking clients with excellent service and support
  • Collaborate with all departments to improve our processes and provide our clients with the best service possible

Who You Are

  • Native-level German speaker (spoken and written)
  • High-level in English (B2 level or higher)
  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s program (Business, Sales, Marketing, or similar)
  • Willing to relocate to Rotterdam for the duration of the internship
  • You’re sales-driven by nature – you love convincing people, spotting opportunities, and closing deals
  • Confident on the phone and comfortable initiating conversations
  • Energetic, proactive, and motivated to learn and grow
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools is a plus
