- Translate customer inquiries into technical and commercial proposals for IT/communication systems onboard ships
- Immerse yourself in technical details and align them with customer needs
- Collaborate with sales colleagues and field engineers to prepare clear proposals
- Advise clients via email or phone and coordinate with Sales Manager on proposals
- Manage customer expectations to ensure a smooth project start
Belangrijkste vereisten
- MBO level with relevant technology experience
- Affinity for maritime engineering and systems
- Experience in an internal sales role is an asset
- Strong ability to translate customer information into clear quotations
- Accurate, solution-oriented, and customer-focused mindset
- Good command of Dutch and English
- Background in electrical engineering
- Willingness to learn maritime technology with company support
