Introduction

Ducor Petrochemicals is looking to expand the sales team with a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales & Development Manager with a deep understanding of the polypropylene market and its key players to deliver our sales strategy.

The Role

In this position, you will be responsible for the PP Injection Moulding segment. You will develop and implement commercial strategies, manage customer relationships, and identify growth opportunities in the PP Injection Moulding segment (on a global scale).

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute an annual Sales & Business Development Plan in line with company strategy and targets
  • Achieve sales and pricing targets in terms of contribution margin, volume, market share, and differential pricing
  • Identify and nurture relationships with key accounts, OEMs, and brand owners and develop strategic action plans for both new and existing customers
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing
  • Continuously fill and manage the sales pipeline, turning opportunities into ongoing business
  • Analyze market opportunities and trends, translating them into strategic recommendations towards management
  • Collaborate with internal teams (product development, quality, customer support, operations) to ensure customer satisfaction and growth

Your Profile

We are looking for a Commercially Driven Sales & Development Professional with a Strong Track Record in the Petrochemical Industry. You bring deep expertise in the polypropylene market, including knowledge of key players and ideally, established relationships with brand owners and OEMs and a strong ability to assess emerging opportunities. In addition, you are highly self-motivated, possess strong analytical abilities, and are proficient in CRM, ERP, or similar software.

  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Bring at least 7 years of relevant experience, with a focus on results
  • Excel in communication and interpersonal skills, fostering lasting client relationships
  • Are highly self-motivated and driven by success
  • Possess strong analytical abilities, using market data to inform strategic decisions
  • Have a solid understanding of regulatory requirements and standards for medical devices (preferred)
  • Are proficient in CRM, ERP, or similar software
