Overview
In this role you will be the face of a new adidas store, guiding customers to sport and lifestyle gear while embodying the brand’s values. You help build an energetic, customer driven environment and support store goals through service, product knowledge, and teamwork. You’ll engage shoppers, stay updated on trends, and take ownership of on-floor learning and execution. This is a founding team opportunity at a flagship Rotterdam location with a strong emphasis on culture and growth.

Verantwoordelijkheden
- Greet customers and deliver outstanding service in a fast-paced setting
- Act as brand ambassador, connecting with customers in line with adidas values
- Collaborate with team to drive sales and assist in visual merchandising, stock replenishment, deliveries, and store upkeep
- Take ownership of personal learning by completing training and applying it on the shop floor
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, promotions, and trends in sport and fitness
