DTD is responsible for leading the technology function collaborating across various downstream functions and corporate as well. /p pYour primary role is to support the development and deployment of technology management programs aimed at providing technical support across Saudi Aramco Global Manufacturing portfolio. You will ideate, introduce, deploy and sustain novel and innovative technological solutions within various domains including reliability, maintenance, sustainability, energy and process. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 pAs the successful candidate you will be required to perform the following: /p ul liLead the end-to-end implementation of Technologies across the downstream portfolio including petrochemical facilities, refineries, terminals and bulk plants as well as gas plants. /li liDevelop comprehensive value adding technology roadmaps aligned to business challenges such as energy optimization, sustainability, plant availability, debottlenecking and process optimization. /li liAccelerate technology deployment working closely with internal and external execution agencies and vendors. /li liConduct feasibility studies including technical and economic evaluation of solutions, platforms, and new technologies. /li liPerform technologies scouting to enable the identification of innovative and value adding technologies. /li liDevelop business case and cost/benefit analysis for technologies deployment. /li liWork with other consultants, engineers, and project managers to deliver comprehensive solutions that address both technical and business requirements. /li liPrepare reports and presentations to communicate the progress and benefits of technology initiatives to peers, relevant stakeholders and senior management. /li liCollaborate with technology providers in developing and conducting tailored training content and programs to support the implementation and adoption of technologies by end-users. /li liRecognize and introduce necessary changes to standards and governance. /li liStay abreast of global and regional Oil and Gas industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes that may impact technology implementations. /li liEnsure compliance with corporate governance and standards, evaluate solution implementations. And identify necessary changes to standards and governance. /li liYou will hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field (Chemical, Industrial, Electrical, and Mechanical Engineering). A Masters’ degree is preferred. /li liYou will have 10-15 years of experience as a Technology Consultant ideating, scouting, introducing and tracking value added technology deployment. /li liYou have good understanding of downstream technologies, including but not limited to refinery processes. /li liYou will have experience in developing business case and benefit/cost analysis for downstream technology. /li liYou will have experience in working collaboratively in cross-functional teams, across the project lifecycle fostering effective communication and cooperation. /li liYou will be able to demonstrate excellent understanding of management of change, engineering and design package as well as regulatory, risk mitigation and safety requirements. /li liYou will have experience in change management, including developing and implementing technology changes. /li liYou will be able to demonstrate understanding of relevant industry energy, safety and design regulations and standards ensuring compliance of proposed technology solutions. /li liYou will be able to demonstrate excellent understanding of manufacturing technology solutions enabling the key process areas including production, reliability, environmental, safety and sustainability /li liYou will have strong project management skills with a proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex technology implementation projects in the OG business /li liYou have the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels /li /ul h3Working environment /h3 pOur high-performing employees are drawn by the challenging and rewarding professional, technical and industrial opportunities we offer, and are remunerated accordingly. /p pAt Aramco, our people work on truly world-scale projects, supported by investment in capital and technology that is second to none.
