About the role:
At SD Worx, employer branding is more than visibility. We want to tell a true story by making sure it’s relevant and consistent. As a Recruitment Marketeer, you help shape how we attract talent across markets by turning strategy into high‑impact, data‑driven campaigns.
You are part of our global Recruitment Marketing team, working closely with Talent Acquisition and marketing stakeholders. Your focus lies on campaign strategy, performance and analytics, ensuring our recruitment marketing efforts deliver real results.

Which tasks can you expect?

Roll out employer branding initiatives across markets, ensuring a consistent and engaging employer story

Set up and optimize recruitment marketing campaigns across paid, owned and earned channels

Support recruitment teams with targeted campaigns, market insights and optimization advice

Analyze performance: track KPIs, report insights and continuously improve campaign results

Collaborate internationally with stakeholders and external partners to maximize impact
What do you have to offer?
-
3–5+ years of experience in recruitment marketing, employer branding, digital or performance marketing
-
Strong affinity with data, analytics and optimization
-
Experience managing campaigns on platforms such as LinkedIn, Meta, Google or similar
-
Able to translate data into clear insights and actionable improvements
-
Comfortable working across teams, projects and international contexts

Structured, proactive and result‑oriented
-
C2 level of English, both written and spoken (additional languages are a plus)
