As a Recruitment Consultant, you’re responsible for the entire recruitment process—from identifying the right candidates to matching them with our clients. You act as a trusted advisor throughout the hiring journey. In addition, you’ll work closely with the recruitment team to develop strategies for attracting talent and optimizing our recruitment process.
What you’ll do:
Conduct intake interviews and candidate screenings
Guide candidates through the entire application process
Register temporary workers and create placements
Build strong relationships with both candidates and clients
Keep up to date with trends and developments in the job market and recruitment industry

Minimum MBO (intermediate vocational education) level of thinking and working
Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English
A passion for recruitment and working with people
Great interpersonal and communication abilities
Analytical mindset and strong intuition when it comes to understanding people

Wat wij bieden
Salary between €2,400 and €3,000 gross per month, depending on experience
