Vind jij het leuk om grote projecten te leiden? Ben je klantgericht en kan je snel schakelen? Wij zijn op zoek naar een gedreven en creatieve projectleider mechanische ventilatie!
Dit ga je doen:
- Coördineren van leiden van installatieprojecten;
- Zorgen voor de planning, uitvoering en facturatie;
- Contact met klanten over het lopende project;
- Aansturen van monteurs.
Het bedrijf in Rotterdam richt zich op de utiliteit en woningbouw. Ze hebben specialisaties in de airco’s, elektrotechniek, ventilatie, verwarming, klimaatinstallaties en reconditionering. Hun speerpunt is een gezond, veilig en comfortabel binnenklimaat.
Je werkt fulltime in de dagdienst, de werktijden zijn van 07:00 tot 16:00.
Wie zoeken wij:
- Je hebt ervaring als projectleider;
- Je bent bekend met installatietechniek in de bestaande bouw;
- Je hebt bij voorkeur kennis van mechanische ventilatie;
- Je hebt goede communicatieve vaardigheden en leiderschapskwaliteiten;
- Je krijgt energie van klantgericht denken en werken.

- Salaris tussen € 3.500 en € 4.600 bruto per maand, afhankelijk van kennis en ervaring;
- Reiskostenvergoeding;
- Vakantiegeld van 8,33% en opbouwen van vakantiedagen;
