Manpower is hiring a Project Manager Engineering for a company in Rotterdam. 
 
 
Your responsibilities:

• Technical leadership: Act as the technical lead for substations, develop power supply system architecture, and perform sizing calculations
• Project management: Lead all engineering activities within tenders and projects, including work plans, cost estimates, and reviews
• Collaboration: Work closely with sales, project management, site installation, and commissioning teams. Manage discussions with customers and respond to site queries
• Procurement coordination: Prepare specifications, review supplier offers, and coordinate with supply chain management
• Risk management: Support risk assessments and report on opportunities and potential issues. Conduct safety observations for HSE compliance
• Mentorship: Guide junior engineers, apprentices, and support teams with technical challenges 
• Continuous improvement: Identify and implement ways to simplify and optimize processes
