Job Title: Project Leader / Consultant – Generic Authorisation Management (GBS) Languages: Dutch (Fluent) Description Seniority: Strong experience in IAM, Functional Management, and Project Management within government environments Mission:
– Lead the implementation of the Generic Authorisation Management System (GBS) across EZ, KGG, and LVVN ministries.
– Advise departments on designing and setting up GBS-supported processes.
– Provide clear presentations on the purpose, importance, and functioning of GBS.
– Draft communication plans and describe functional specifications for the GBS setup.
– Coordinate with departments on implementation approach, timelines, and dependencies.
– Align with stakeholders in functional management, information security, and IAM governance.
– Ensure smooth transition and adoption of centrally managed authorisation processes. Mandatory Skills
– Demonstrable knowledge of Project Management
– Knowledge of Functional Management and BISL
– 3+ years of experience with IAM and Authorization Management
– 2+ years of experience with IAM business processes Desired Skills
– Strong result-orientation and persuasiveness
– Negotiation skills, perseverance, and organizational sensitivity
– Excellent communication and writing skills
– Ability to prioritize and translate needs into actionable items
– Knowledge of BISL, ASL, ITIL
– Experience with application & data chains
– Experience within Dutch Central Government (preferably EZ)
