For a modern poultry processing facility, we are looking for a precise and motivated line operator. In this role, you supervise the production line where chicken products are packaged. You are the central point of contact on the line: you ensure that the packaging process runs smoothly and safely, monitor quality and hygiene, and keep the team focused. You have an affinity for technology, production, and food safety. You work well in a team and know how to motivate colleagues. You have practical production knowledge, preferably in the food industry (a diploma is not required). You can communicate well in English; Dutch is a plus. Over het bedrijf You will be working in a modern, technically advanced production environment where the temperature is around 2-4 °C.
