The Position:
As a Part-Time HR – Office Manager at Monday Merch, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing the company’s operations and culture. You’ll be the backbone of our office, ensuring that everything runs smoothly, from daily office management to supporting our HR functions. This role is perfect for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and passionate about creating a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- HR Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Onboard new employees and ensure they have all the tools they need to succeed.
- Maintain employee records and ensure they are up-to-date and compliant with legal requirements.
- Assist with payroll preparation and processing in collaboration with the finance team.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and company culture activities.
- Address employee queries regarding HR-related issues and assist in resolving conflicts.
- Office Management Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office to ensure it is a productive and pleasant environment.
- Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring everything is stocked and functioning.
- Coordinate office maintenance and repairs as needed.
- Organize company events, meetings, and team-building activities.
- Support the team with administrative tasks

Job Requirements:
- Previous experience in HR, office management, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in HR software (experience with payroll systems is a plus).
- Fluent in English; additional language skills in Dutch, German, or French are a bonus.
- A proactive, problem-solving attitude and a passion for supporting others.
