Functieomschrijving
Act as the main contact for assigned customer accounts.
Improve and maintain customer procedures and workflows.
Track KPIs and coordinate with operations teams.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and claims.
Deliver training and share best practices internally.
Prepare reports and support quarterly business reviews.
Maintain relationships with customer partners.
Profiel
Fluent in English and German is mandatory, Dutch is a plus.
1-2 years of experience in Ocean freight forwarding.
Customer Orriented
Residing in the Netherlands.
