We are looking for an enthusiastic Shift Supervisor with strong leadership skills and a sense of responsibility to lead our production process in a 5‑shift system. Responsibilities Lead the team during your shift and ensure the production process runs smoothly. Ensure safety, quality, and efficiency in all production processes. Actively contribute to process improvements and optimisations. Act as a deployment leader during incidents and make quick decisions to keep the site safe and operational. Requirements Minimum MBO‑4 work and thinking level. Completed MTS training or VAPRO‑C. Possession of certificates for compressed air, AED, gas measurement, VCA‑Vol and small extinguishers. Practical knowledge of production and utilities installations. Certificates: practical leadership for shift supervisors, deployment leader course, VOP, and forklift. Experience in a production environment and leadership skills. Team player, stress resistant and solution oriented.
