In your role, you will be responsible for your own group of customers, but also supporting the other colleagues in the team by gaining insights, preparing presentations and creating relevant topics to share with our customers. This will help the whole team to be the outstanding partner to create the best solutions that fit the customer's needs. /p pstrongJob Responsibilities /strong /pulliMaintain a strategic sales network, based on trust and support, to serve them with Circana solutions and data. /liliBe the professional partner for senior customers /liliSupport the team with gaining insights, which can be shared with our customers /liliSupport the team in preparing presentations with potential customers /liliBe the project owner for the manager on several team related projects /liliBuild business cases on how to reach out to non-Circana prospects. /liliSteer cross-functional teams to create the best customer satisfaction. /liliAble to cope with complex customer situations and develop the best possible solution. /liliAble to setup complex solutions/projects for senior prospects. /liliContribute to the Circana Brand Positioning. /liliStrong analytics empowerment to turn every situation into a business opportunity. /liliDeliver input for meetings regarding the positioning of Circana in the market. /liliContinuous improvement of the New Business presentations and proposals. /liliShare expertise within the team, as a target to create added value advice. /liliResponsible for personal revenue target, as the department target /liliCo-develop the New Business Development strategy. /li /ulbr /ulliCommercial insight /liliSensitivity and persuasiveness /liliResult-oriented and take initiative. /liliA strong team player /liliGood organizational skills, managing complex customer needs or multiple projects. /liliIdentifying customer issues and matching them with appropriate Circana solutions /liliHigh self-discipline, reliability, and dedication /liliExcellent communication and presentation skills /liliGood skills in building and maintaining a network. /liliExcellent PowerPoint and Excel skills /liliFluent in written and spoken strongDutch and English /strong. /li /ul pstrongEducation and Experience /strong /pulliHBO/University education (Preferably Commercial Economics, Business Economics or Business administration) /liliPreferably already some experience in FMCG /li /ulbr /pAs well as the technical skills, experience and attributes that are required for the role, our shared behaviors sit at the core of our organization.
