Overview
In this role, you will contribute to, develop, and grow the Mid Market & overall portfolio in NL by providing prospects, converting sales, and managing operational relationships with external brokers & direct customers.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
You will be responsible for achieving individual and team sales targets by negotiating and closing new business and renewal opportunities for all SEFE products. You will identify and resolve sales-related queries and maintain strong relationships with brokers & customers to ensure SEFE Energy remains their primary supplier.
As a BDM, you will also identify market opportunities in NL, support product development, gather market intelligence to accelerate portfolio growth, and contribute to team efficiency through automation, process improvements, reporting, onboarding, coaching, and project involvement.
- Build strong relationships with partners and customers to increase conversion and achieve targets
- Identify market opportunities and develop the Mid Market products, portfolio, and brand awareness
- Collaborate with Marketing to implement strategies to boost sales conversion
- Address customer service issues affecting your broker portfolio and work with operations to resolve them
- Provide performance reports on your partner portfolio to the Sales Performance Team
- Drive growth across all SEFE products: Gas, Power, energy efficiency, hydrogen, solar, etc.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
- Proven experience in third-party business development and sales account management
- Strong knowledge of B2B gas, power, and energy transition markets
- Experience in delivering solutions for complex issues
- Support or leadership experience in small teams
- Effective relationship management skills for sales delivery
- Ability to meet individual targets contributing to team success
- Excellent interpersonal skills for stakeholder interactions
- Knowledge of Salesforce (desirable)
