The Opportunity
Are you a future marketing communication expert looking for an internship to put your creativity and skills into practice? With this internship, you will have the opportunity to gain practical experience in digital marketing while working with different teams.
The internship in the marketing team at Youwe will give you an opportunity to join a fast-growing digital agency and make an impact on marketing strategy to further encourage company’s and your own growth. You will be taking part in the marketing activities to promote the company, and work closely with various departments in the company – HR, Recruitment, Operations and Design.
What you will do
Analyse market trends and consumer behaviour to support targeted marketing strategies and content creation.
Create and curate engaging content for our website, social media platforms, and emails to build community and foster interaction.
Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various online platforms, utilising industry best practices to maximise reach and effectiveness.
Be responsible for our monthly newsletter and internal comms campaigns aimed at boosting internal engagement

What you have
You are a quick learner and thrive on your own responsibilities & freedom in your work;
You are proactive, driven and focused;
Availability for a 5-month internship, 32-40 hours per week starting September 2026;
Exceptional writing skills – creating content for our website in the form of blog articles;
Experience with social media – from creating creative posts to scheduling them and monitoring their performance;
Strong desire to improve internal communication – you will be working on an internal newsletter and devising ideas to improve our internal communication;
Keen eye for details and visual content – support in creating visual elements for marketing campaigns;
Fluency in English – your oral and written language is impeccable;
Enthusiasm, proactivity and hands-on mentality.
