What will you do?
As a
Marketing & Sales Controller , you are the financial sparring partner for our business in the BENELUX. You provide insights, analysis, and advice to help us grow together. Your daily tasks include:
Performing month-, quarter-, and year-end closings (including SOX key controls)
Analyzing business performance versus budget and forecast, including KPI benchmarking
Proposing improvement actions focused on trade expenditures and product/customer profitability
Leading business planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities
Reporting financial analyses on P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, order review, backlog, and KPI dashboards
Your Team
You’ll be part of the Electrification Benelux finance team, consisting of 9 people. The culture? Open, social, and focused on empowerment. We’re looking for doers who take responsibility, are honest, and collaborate as true team players.
Who are you?
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance or Business Administration
At least 5 years of experience in analytical finance or controlling roles (international environment is a plus)
Experience with Power BI & accounting (must-have), SAP (nice-to-have)
Fluent in Dutch and English
Proactive, accurate, independent, and solution-oriented
Willingness to travel within the Benelux
Comfortable interacting across different organizational levels and acting as a financial sparring partner for the management team
