Global Consumer & Market Insight Manager FMCG Amsterdam, The Netherlands Are you passionate about turning data into strategic insights that drive brand growth and innovation? We’re partnering with a leading multinational FMCG company known for its portfolio of iconic global brands, seeking a Global Consumer & Market Insight (CMI) Manager to support its marketing and innovation strategy. As Global CMI Manager, you will be a strategic partner for global brand teams, translating consumer, market, and brand data into actionable insights that shape innovation, category strategy, and marketing communications. You’ll collaborate with marketing, category, and revenue growth teams, as well as external agencies, to implement best practices and standard research methodologies across markets. Translate internal and external data into strategic recommendations for global brands and categories Lead market research projects including category studies, creative testing, brand health tracking, and occasion-based insights Drive new product development through consumer trials and market research analysis Integrate diverse data sources and work with digital tools, including Power BI Support budget management and financial alignment with agencies and internal teams Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing or a related field Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role within a multinational FMCG company Experience in strategy, brand positioning, and performance management Excellent communication and presentation skills in English Be part of a globally recognized FMCG company with iconic brands Collaborate with diverse international teams and external agencies
