Purpose
As Operability Production Hub Lead, your role as the Operability Hub Lead is to ensure that production systems are optimized for efficient operations and long-term sustainability for future assets. You play a key part in safeguarding the reliability and safety of future assets, ensuring they are fit for purpose throughout their lifecycle.
Responsibilities
You lead the development and implementation of operability and maintainability requirements for future projects, focusing on production systems.
You collaborate with operations, engineering, and maintenance teams to ensure production systems are designed for easy maintenance and maximum uptime.
You ensure that all production-related design adheres to industry regulations, internal standards, promoting better operability and maintainability.
You engage with stakeholders across various departments to ensure clear communication and alignment on production goals and objectives.
You drive continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to enhance reliability, reduce downtime, and extend asset life.
You mentor and guide cross-functional teams to foster collaboration and drive performance improvements across production operations.
Education
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Marine, or a related field).
Experience
10+ years of experience in operability, maintainability, and asset integrity within the Oil & Gas or Marine industry.
In-depth knowledge of marine systems, asset integrity principles, and regulatory compliance.
Proven leadership in cross-functional team environments.
