Integrated Logistics Support Team Lead About the Role The successful candidate will oversee various Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) activities, including maintenance plans, technical documentation, supply support, and training. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collaborate with multiple disciplines within the organization. In this position, you will: Conduct ILS-analyses such as Logistic Support Analysis (LSA) and other ILS-topics. Study and report on the reliability and maintainability of naval equipment. Collaborate with technical design and procurement departments and report to the Project Manager ILS. Manage ILS products, including purchase support, maintenance/LSA, supply support, technical documentation, training, and transfer of technology. Evaluate compliance with company and end-user requirements. Key Skills and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should have: Bachelor or Master degree in engineering or related field. Extensive knowledge and experience in ILS and the development and execution of ILS packages within a technical and/or MoD environment. Excellent command of Dutch and English, both written and verbal; proficiency in additional languages like German and Spanish is an advantage. Able to work in multifunctional and multicultural teams and environments.
